Cesare A.X. Syjuco (born August 20, 1953) is a multi-media artist, painter, poet and art critic from Manila, Philippines. From 2004-05, he made his first Manila appearance in 12 years by unveiling his solo exhibition entitled (''Flashes of Genius'' ) at the Main Gallery of the Cultural Center of the Philippines.
